Answers from your own documents

Ask questions like "Is my dishwasher pump covered?" and Aruvello answers only from documents you have uploaded and analyzed. It cites the document name and page for each claim. If the evidence isn't there, it says so instead of guessing.

Coverage is labeled Likely covered, Coverage unclear or No coverage found, never a definite "Covered". Only the warranty provider can confirm coverage.

Document analysis is in beta and needs your permission to send document pages to an external AI service. Always check answers against the cited page.

A simple habit that saves claims

  1. Photograph or save the receipt the day you buy or install an appliance.
  2. Register the product with the manufacturer if it asks you to, and note in Aruvello that you did.
  3. Record the end date from the paperwork, not from memory.
  4. Keep the policy terms. Exclusions and service fees matter when you file a claim.

Questions homeowners ask

Will Aruvello remind me before a warranty expires?
Yes, when you have recorded an end date. Reminders appear in the app at the lead times you choose, with optional email reminders.
Can I forward receipts by email?
Not yet. Email forwarding is planned. For now, save the attachment and upload it. On Android, you can also share files to Aruvello once it is added to your home screen.
Are my documents private?
Yes. Files are stored privately and only members of your household can open them, through short-lived links.
