What we store
Your account email and display name; the homes, rooms, appliances, warranties, documents, photos, maintenance and service records you add; and your reminder preferences.
Who can see it
Only members of a household you created or accepted an invitation to. Files are stored privately and opened through short-lived links. Reports you share as links leave out serial numbers, policy numbers, addresses and attachments, and expire after 7 days.
External AI processing
With your permission, label photos and document pages are sent to an external AI provider to read text and suggest details. This happens only when you start a scan or analysis. You can withdraw permission in Settings.
Product analytics
We count a few product milestones (such as completing setup or adding a first appliance) per household. We don't record names, emails, addresses, serial numbers or document contents with these counts.
Reminder emails are sent only if you turn them on, and each includes an unsubscribe link.
Your choices
You can export your data or permanently delete your account from Settings at any time.
