Generic checklists tell you to "service the HVAC". Aruvello attaches each task to a specific appliance in a specific room, so the reminder, the supplies and the history all stay with the equipment they belong to.

  • Suggested tasks by appliance type

    Starting points for common care, such as HVAC filters, refrigerator condenser coils, dishwasher filters, dryer lint and vents, water heaters and water softeners. You can change any interval.

  • Next due from the day you actually did it

    Complete a 90-day filter change late and the next one is due 90 days after the day you did it, not after the original date.

  • Snooze, skip or edit

    Nothing is ever completed silently. Every change is your decision, and each one is logged.

  • Safety first

    Gas, electrical and pressurized equipment is marked as professional-only, with no do-it-yourself steps.

A service history that stays put

Each completion records the actual date, your notes and optional photos. Repairs can include the provider, cost, outcome and invoices. Together they form one timeline per appliance. History is never deleted when a schedule changes.

When something breaks, you can create a technician summary PDF with the appliance's model, serial number, relevant warranties and service history.

Reminders

Reminders appear in your Aruvello notification center at the lead times you choose (60, 30 or 7 days). Email reminders are optional: they're off until you turn them on, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

Questions homeowners ask

Does Aruvello judge whether my appliances are in good condition?
No. Home Health measures how complete your records are: appliance details, on-time maintenance and documented warranties. It does not measure mechanical condition or predict failures.
Can I use the manufacturer’s recommended schedule?
Yes. You can set any interval. If you upload a manual, Aruvello can suggest tasks from it, citing the page each suggestion came from, for you to approve.
Can more than one person complete tasks?
Yes. Household members you invite can see and complete tasks for the homes they have access to.
